My Thoughts and Review:

Before I get fully into my review of this particular book I want to say a little about this whole series.  I fell in love with each of the Arrowood brothers from the very beginning.  These men had been through so much and deserved to find a love that could show them the good in the world.  One of my absolute favorite things about this series though, is the truths about an arrow.

What is One Truth About an Arrow?

Connor: You can't take your shot until you break your bow.

Declan: A true second shot will split the first arrow and create a solid path.

Sean: Just because you don't hit the bulls eye doesn't mean the other shots don't count.

Jacob: Removing half the feather will create the curve and alter its course.

Now, why did I bring these truths up?  Not just because they are one of my favorite things about these books.  Each brother's truth plays a role in their story.  

This book is an amazing story about finding the love that you thought you would never have.  Brenna is an incredibly strong, widow, and single mother of 2.  Jacob is a famous actor, spending 6 months back in his small home town, to "serve his penance" as he puts it, after his father's death.  After learning about the death of Brenna's husband and finding out that her son is a huge fan, Jacob decides to spend a little time with her son to help him through the grieving process, having lost his own mother at a similar age.

I've seen beauty before.

I've known women who are every man's desire, but this woman is...something else.

This is what went through Jacob's mind when he first saw Brenna.  Right from the beginning he felt a pull towards her.  The chemistry and pull between these two characters is undeniable.  They both try to fight it, they try to be just friends.  Sometimes though, life has other plans.

Sometimes it is hard to write what feels like the best review for a book without giving away too much of the story.  This is one of those times.  There are so many amazing things that happen in this story.  As much as I hate to see the Arrowood brothers books come to an end, I can't think of a more perfect ending to the series.  This book is filled with incredible characters, and heart warming scenes.  It will take you through a whole range of emotions.
