My Thoughts and Review 

This is an incredibly well written brother's best friend, age gap, second chance romance.  LK Farlow unfolds a beautiful tale of lovers who were meant to be more than just a Dirty Little Secret.

I enjoyed the way the beginning of the book gives us Stella and Samson's history, the beginning of their relationship. Then watching Samson prove himself and his love to Stella to get her back.

My Thoughts and Review

 Talk about all the feels. I am not even sure what to say about this book without spoiling it for you. As the second book in the Second Chance Sinners duet this story picks up where the first one left off. This book, this whole duet, is so much more than a love story. Somehow Finding Us focuses on Zeke and Ethan both working on themselves, before they even attempt to have a relationship. So many lessons to be learned from this.

I absolutely loved how much these characters grew in this book. Learning to recognize their flaws, spot and avoid their triggers, and most of all be true to themselves first. I enjoyed reading a romance novel where the two main characters spend so much time focusing on their own mental health before trying to have their relationship.

This book was the perfect, healing ending to this duet. I love so many of the characters in these books.

My Thoughts and Review:

After reading Sheriff's Secrect by K Webster I knew I had to know more about the men in Brigs Ferry Bay. We didn't get much of Kian in Jax's story. He kind of felt like a scorned lover, avoiding everything to do with Jax. I am so glad his story was next. He is such a lovable character. He has such a big open heart.

Archer is a new character. He is new to Brigs Ferry Bay as well. Having moved in with his sister to help her out when her husband leaves her to fend for herself and her 2 young children. Archer is this big tough, strong man on the outside. On the inside though, he is still hurting. Archer and his sister didn't have the greatest of childhoods. He also lost the man he was going to ask to marry him. He came to Brigs Ferry Bay for one reason and one reason only, to help his sister take care of his niece and nephew.

Archer is a broken man who isn't looking for love. Kian is a kind hearted man who isn't interested in relationships. But sparks fly between the two of them. They navigate some rough waters, and drift apart here and there. Even when life throws them overboard, it just serves to shine a light on what they really need. (I feel like I stuck a whole lot of fishing, boating, and water metaphors in here. Hopefully they were successful.)

This is a great read. I can't wait for more from Brigs Ferry Bay. Really hoping Cato gets a book soon.

So to be completely honest I am not a huge fan of M/M romance. However, I am a huge K Webster fan, and sometimes in life the author is more important than the book. Most of the M/M romances I have read up to now have been written by K Webster. What can I say, her writing just speaks to me. This book was no different.

I quickly fell in love with all of the characters in this story. The strong Sheriff, the villainous big city man, the quirky flirty Cato. So many interesting an unique characters. I am excited to read more from Brigs Ferry Bay. Jax and Dante are great for each other. They help each other open up and prepare to move forward in life. This book will keep you reading from beginning to end. With romance, family drama, and a mystery, who could ask for anything more.

My Thoughts and Review:

Nikki Ash and K Webster are two of my favorite authors. When they team up it typically results in magic happening. Torn Apart is everything I had hoped it would be and more.

This is told from the view points of 4 different characters. Brayden, the hockey player, and all around player. Mia, the gamer, tutor, college freshman, trying to escape her overbearing mom. Drew, the former NHL player, now hockey coach. Last but far from least... Ashton, the dean's openly gay son, slacker, and swimmer. Mia and Ashton are best friends. Brayden and Drew have an obvious history. When the four of them start interacting sparks fly, and jealousy roars.

"I'm matte in a glossy world." -Mia Torn Apart by K Webster and Nikki Ash

This line is one that I can really relate to. I truly loved Mia. To be completely honest I loved all of these characters. The boys were each unique to each other. They were each a little bit broody in their own way. I loved how Drew points out to Ashton that not everything needs to have a label. Labels are Black and White, where the world is shades of Gray.

I can not wait for the second book in this duet. I need the rest of this story.
